Shipping & Refund Policy 

1. Where Do I Purchase the Planner? 

When you click a purchase link on Triomindset, you may be directed to Lulu Bookstore to complete your purchase.

The purchase transaction is completed through Lulu.

2. Shipping 

Lulu uses print-on-demand production for physical books.

Orders are printed and then shipped through Lulu's fulfillment network. Lulu states that normal production generally takes 3–5 business days, while the specific estimated production and shipping information is displayed during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are determined during the Lulu checkout process.

3. Order Tracking 

When a traceable shipping method is selected, Lulu provides tracking information through the shipping confirmation email.

Tracking information may take some time to appear after shipment.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders 

If your planner arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Incorrectly packaged

please contact Lulu Customer Support as soon as possible.

Lulu currently states that eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged print-on-demand products may be replaced, with notification required within 30 days of the order's shipment date. Lulu may request photographs of the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because Triomindset planners are print-on-demand products sold through Lulu, returns and refunds are governed by the applicable Lulu policies.

Lulu currently states that it does not generally accept returns of physical print-on-demand products, but provides replacement support for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items.

Triomindset does not independently process Lulu orders or issue refunds for transactions processed through Lulu.

6. Printing Variations 

Minor differences in printing, color, trimming, or physical appearance may occur during commercial print production.

Lulu determines whether a particular issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under its applicable policies.

7. Shipping Delays  

Delivery dates provided by Lulu are estimates.

Delays may occur due to:

• Production

• Carrier delays

• Customs

• Weather

• Holidays

• Address issues

• Other circumstances outside Triomindset's control
