2# Fill the planner
In this step, you will select the top three goals and problems you aim to achieve in the new year. Recognizing that time and energy are limited resources, choosing only three goals and problems allows you to exert full control over your personal life.
Next, you will organize these goals and problems into four parts, corresponding to the quarters of the year. This division facilitates managing your goals effectively throughout the year.
In the big picture section, you are encouraged to envision the accomplishments you anticipate in various aspects of your life.
However, focus only on the current season, as predicting future changes is not feasible.
